We do planned maintenance of HelloLeads CRM to improve its performance. We upgrade the software, make live important changes during maintenance. We typically do maintenance once in a month for 2 hrs, but at time we do it for few weeks regularly. We make sure maintenance is done on non-work days and non work hours – say Saturday night or Sunday early morning.
Yes. In general your HelloLeads mobile application should work during the maintenance duration. You can continue accessing existing lead data in offline mode, and your changes will sync automatically once maintenance is completed. As a heads up some parts of the HelloLeads CRM mobile app may be temporarily unavailable. These include……………
Leads data or customer data from external sources like WhatsApp API, Facebook Leads, or website integrations will queue securely and sync automatically once maintenance ends. No data is lost.
All upcoming maintenance events are listed in status.helloleads.io page. You can also subscribe for email alerts to get notified before any scheduled maintenance begins. When you login to the WebApp, you will see a maintenance message or temporary downtime screen. Once maintenance is complete, you can log in normally to the WebApp— there’s no need to re-enter or reset anything. You can use Mobile App during maintenance window, if you have already loged in. If you have not, please wait till the maintenance is over.
No. All data, leads, customer data, activities, and settings are safe and preserved. Maintenance windows are primarily for updates of the underlaying programs, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
If the app is in maintenance mode, you can not save save new entries temporarily in the webapp. However, anything added offline (for example using the Mobile app) will automatically sync after maintenance ends.
Most scheduled maintenance activities are completed within 30–60 minutes, though scheduled for 2 hrs. In rare cases, extended updates may take longer, but we’ll always post advance notice and progress updates here.
You can view the Completed Maintenance section in status.helloleads.io page, which lists all previously completed maintenance activities with their dates and summaries.
Once maintenance is over, the status page will show “Operational.” You’ll also receive an email alert if you’ve subscribed to notifications.
